At Desina02 I attended Gotta sketch em'all!, a workshop held by Valerio Monopoli, type designer at Pangram Pangram. Each of us drew a letter as fast as he could any way he wanted. Then we would copy our final drawing on a piece of paper and pass it to the person beside us who would have to add to the alphabet based on what was al ready there. I also attended a workshop focusing on the Roman Rustique (Lettere dalla cenere) by Zetafonts. At Desina03 I attended another workshop by the same foundry on the difference between humanist and grotesque typefaces (La Mano e ii compasso).
